Corporate Matching Gifts

Many companies offer corporate matching gift programs that can double—or even triple—your contribution to the HMHS Marching Band. Check with your employer to see if they participate in a matching program. It’s a simple way to maximize the impact of your support and help provide valuable resources for our students. Every match makes a difference!

Steps

Check with employer

Contact your HR department or visit your company’s internal giving portal to see if they offer a matching gift program.

Complete your donation

Make your donation to the HMHS Band Boosters, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Keep your donation receipt as you'll need it for the matching process.

Submit your Request

Your employer may require: A copy of your donation receipt. Our nonprofit EIN 83-3680839. Our mailing address (HMHS Band Booster / 401 Kings Highway East/ Haddonfield, NJ 08033 and contact info: Brianna Fischer: bfisher@haddonfield.k12.nj.us

Notify Us

Let us know. Contact Brianna Fischer at bfisher@haddonfield.k12.nj.us that you’ve submitted a matching request so she can confirm the donation when contacted by your employer.

Approval

Once approved, your company will send a matching donation—doubling (or more) your support for the HMHS Marching Band program!

We also participate in the Benevity platform, which enables eligible companies to match your gifts—effectively doubling your impact!

How to submit your gift for matching:

  1. Log in to your company’s Benevity employee giving portal.

  2. Search for "Parent Booster USA Inc." (our official organization listing).

  3. Be sure to verify that the listing references HMHS Marching Band (our website is www.hmhsmb.org) so you can be confident you’ve selected the correct organization.
