What to Expect

  • Band camp is a full, structured experience where students live, learn, and bond as a team. All meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—are provided, and students are expected to attend every rehearsal, meal, and evening event. Cabins have set quiet hours (10:30pm–6:30am) to ensure rest, with boys and girls housed separately under the supervision of parent chaperones. Staff members also have their own designated cabins. For safety and respect, students are not permitted in cabins of the opposite gender.

Cabins should be kept tidy throughout the week, especially since critters can wander nearby. Any snacks brought from home must be kept in sealed containers. The camp routine is designed to balance hard work, responsibility, and fun while giving students a true sense of independence and teamwork.
